Sales Policy

ALL SALES OF FIREARMS, SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS, AND AMMUNITION ARE FINAL.

• Sales are final on clearance/blemish items, firearms, ammunition, and special orders
• Defective firearms MUST be returned to the original manufacturer for warranty service
• You MUST contact us prior to returning any product
• Shipping & handling, insurance, and processing fees are NOT refundable
• Only the product purchase price will be refunded minus any applicable restocking fees

Firearm Purchases

Upon arrival at your FFL, inspect your firearm to make certain that everything is acceptable BEFORE filling out the necessary paperwork. Once the transfer of the firearm is complete, the manufacturer’s warranty is in effect and any complications must be handled by the manufacturer.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship certain items outside of the continental US
• Alaska orders subject to additional shipping fees based on location
• Ammunition orders requiring ID or FFL per state law will have 1-3 business day processing delay
• California handguns must be on the state Approved List

Products on this website are subject to export control laws and regulations of the U.S. Government under the Department of State’s International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Department of Commerce’s Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
