FFL-BRO Enterprise — Multi-Location White-Label FFL Platform

Enterprise is FFL-BRO for dealers who have outgrown a single system: multiple locations, a warehouse behind the storefronts, a white-label requirement, or a compliance obligation that spans more than one licence. Pricing is quoted per business rather than per seat, because no two operations at this size look the same.

What changes at this level

  • Multiple licences, one view — each location keeps its own A&D record as the law requires, while you see inventory, sales and compliance status across all of them.
  • Transfers between your own locations — handled as the licensed transfers they are, with entries created on both sides.
  • White-label — your branding on the storefront, the customer-facing order tracker and the emails.
  • Role and permission design — regional managers, store managers and counter staff each see the scope they own.
  • Consolidated reporting — inspection exports per licence, business performance across the group.

Built around your business, not a template

Every module in PRO is available, but the point of Enterprise is what sits around them: the integrations you already depend on, the distributor accounts you have negotiated, the reporting your accountant expects, and the parts of your process that are the reason you are bigger than your competitors. Those get built into the deployment rather than worked around.

That includes the awkward ones — a legacy inventory system you are not ready to retire, a bookkeeping package with its own opinions, or a franchise structure where the licences are held separately from the brand.

Who Enterprise is for

Multi-store retailers, dealers running retail alongside distribution or manufacturing, ranges with several sites, and businesses that need FFL-BRO under their own brand. If you hold more than one licence, or if a single compliance failure would affect more than one location, this is the tier.

A single location with a counter, a range or NFA items is well served by PRO at $249/mo. Selling online without a storefront is Essentials+ at $139/mo. Records alone are Essentials at $79/mo. The pricing page compares all four.

Enterprise questions

How is it priced?

Quoted after a scoping conversation, based on locations, licences and what needs building rather than on user count. Unlimited users applies here as it does everywhere else.

Can each location keep its own bound book?

Each location must, and does. The A&D record is per licensed premises. The consolidated view sits above them for management reporting and never merges the underlying records.

How long does a rollout take?

It depends on how much has to be migrated and integrated. Most groups start with one location running live, prove the workflow there, and then roll the rest out against a known-good configuration.

Do we still own our data?

Yes, and it exports in full on demand — the same commitment as every other plan. At this size it is worth putting in the contract, and we are happy to.
