Refund Policy

At FFL-BRO, we want every FFL dealer to feel confident choosing our platform. This Refund Policy explains your rights regarding refunds for subscription services provided by Neefeco, LLC d/b/a FFL-BRO (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Free Trial

New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period as described during sign-up. During the free trial:

If you do not cancel before your trial expires, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the rate disclosed during sign-up.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Our Promise: If you are not satisfied with FFL-BRO within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, we will give you a full refund – no questions asked.

2.1 Eligibility. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to new paid subscriptions (including subscriptions that converted from a free trial). The 30-day period begins on the date of your first paid charge.

2.2 How to Request. To request a refund under the 30-day guarantee:

2.3 Processing. Refund requests made within the 30-day guarantee period will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. Funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

3.1 Cancellation. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

3.2 Refund After Guarantee Period. After the 30-day money-back guarantee period, monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. When you cancel, you retain full access to the Service through the end of your current paid billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are issued.

3.3 No Cancellation Fees. There are no cancellation fees, early termination penalties, or re-activation fees.

4. Annual Subscriptions

4.1 Cancellation. Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation prevents automatic renewal at the end of your annual term.

4.2 Pro-Rated Refunds. If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 90 days of the annual term, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription, less any applicable discounts that were applied to the annual rate.

4.3 After 90 Days. After 90 days into an annual term, no refund is issued, but your cancellation will prevent automatic renewal. You retain access through the end of your paid annual period.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

6.1 Method. All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method.

6.2 Processing Time. Refund requests are processed within 48 hours. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, the refund may take an additional 5-7 business days to appear on your statement.

6.3 Billing Descriptor. Charges from FFL-BRO appear on your statement as “FFL-BRO SOFTWARE SUB” or similar descriptor referencing Neefeco, LLC.

7. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at support@ffl-bro.com or (813) 360-1280 before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.

Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us may result in delayed resolution and potential account suspension during the investigation period.

9. Account Data After Refund

If you receive a refund and your subscription is cancelled, your account data will be retained for thirty (30) days after cancellation. During this period, you may reactivate your account or request a data export. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted.

10. Disputes

Any disputes related to refunds or billing are subject to the Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration provisions in our Terms of Service (Section 15), which require binding arbitration in Pinellas County, Florida.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email. The updated policy will be effective as of the date posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
