FFL-BRO Pro — $249/mo Complete FFL Business Platform
PRO is the whole shop. Everything in Essentials+, plus a point of sale for the counter, range and training management, NFA workflow, and the back-office pieces that otherwise live in a separate system. $249 a month, unlimited users.
If you have a physical location, PRO is the plan that stops you running the front of the shop and the compliance record as two different jobs.
Point of sale that knows what a firearm is
A general retail POS treats a rifle like a toaster. POS-BRO knows that a firearm sale creates a disposition entry, needs a 4473 attached, and may need a background check resolved before it leaves the building — so the sale and the record are one action rather than two, and the second one cannot be forgotten at close.
- Serialised and non-serialised inventory in the same system
- Layaway, consignment and special orders
- Trade-ins that create the acquisition entry automatically
- Returns and voids that correct the bound book rather than leaving it wrong
NFA workflow
NFA-BRO handles the Class III side: Form 3 in, Form 4 out, tax stamp tracking, and the customer-facing answer to “where is my suppressor” that otherwise takes a phone call. If you hold an SOT, this is the module that stops NFA being a spreadsheet. Our explainer on Form 3 versus Form 4 covers the workflow itself.
Range and training
Range-BRO manages lane booking, waivers, memberships and rentals; Training-BRO handles classes, rosters and certificates. Both post to the same customer record as a firearm sale, so the person who shot on lane four in March is the same record as the person who bought a pistol in June.
Gun shows
Gun Show BRO is the module dealers ask about most and the one competitors do not have. Off-premises selling with no reliable signal, 4473s captured offline, container tracking for what left the shop, and reconciliation back into the bound book when you get home on Sunday night — rather than a shoebox of paper and a Monday you lose. Background on the compliance side is in our guide to ATF compliance at gun shows.
Back office
- Time and attendance — hours, shifts and labour cost against sales
- Compliance reporting — inspection-ready exports without assembling them by hand
- Multi-user roles — a counter person sees the counter, not your margins
- Analytics — what actually sells, what sits, and what a distributor keeps back-ordering
Who PRO is for
A storefront dealer with staff. A shop with a range attached. An SOT doing steady NFA volume. A dealer working a gun show circuit. If more than one person touches the bound book in a week, PRO is the plan where that stops being a risk.
Below this sits Essentials+ at $139/mo for selling online without a counter, and Essentials at $79/mo for records alone. Above it, Enterprise covers multiple locations. Compare them on the pricing page.
PRO questions
Do I need to replace my current POS on day one?
No. Most dealers run the bound book first, get comfortable, then move the counter across at a quiet point in the week rather than on a Saturday.
Is NFA-BRO included or extra?
It is part of PRO. It is also available as an add-on to a lower plan, or standalone if NFA is the only part you need — see the NFA-BRO page for current pricing.
What happens at a gun show with no signal?
Gun Show BRO works offline. Sales and 4473s are captured on the device and reconciled into the bound book when you are back on a connection. Nothing depends on the venue’s wifi.
Can I limit what staff can see?
Yes. Roles are per-user and there is no per-seat charge, so there is never a reason to share a login — which is the single most common way a bound book ends up with entries nobody can account for.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month on every plan, and your records export in full whenever you ask.
